Short-term counselling.

I offer short term counselling, which is a set number of sessions previously agreed between us. I believe that after our initial assessment, we can discuss if this is the best option for you. Since the pandemic, I offer remote counselling sessions on Zoom, and now I am also working face to face therapy. My private practice is in central Bath, where I work from on Mondays and Thursdays, and in Trowbridge on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Long-term counselling

I also offer long term counselling and this option can be discussed between us after an initial assessment.

As this is open-ended work, I will often reassess your needs so that we can discuss continuing or ending sessions, in case you feel ready to do so.
